We happily answer the telephone and respond to email during our normal business hours of:

Saturday
9:00am - 12:00pm EST

Closed Sunday

... Some notes from the 21st Century.

We believe the notion of the traditional eight hour workday has become a dinosaur and has drifted into irrelevancy simply because the world now works virtually and globally 24/7 for all of us. We understand you want to do business with companies that are on your schedule and are convenient to communicate with. We do too.

The culture at PromoteSource is not one of banker's hours. We work odd hours, utilize telecommuting, work daily with social media, and quite frankly, we ignore the usual 9-to-5 grind. That gives our customers more accessibility and more opportunity to receive answers quicker. Technology has made the traditional 9-to-5 model dead. We at PromoteSource thrive on throwing the old guard in our business world out with yesterday's stale news and last century's worn out ways of doing business.

Don't get us wrong. We do have normal business hours that we list above when you can always talk to a real human on the telephone. We do thrive on email, instant message, text, Skype, and Google Voice, because our customers want to communicate that way. Google+ is kicking in with us.

However, we do answer our phones during normal business hours, unlike many web based small businesses you have tried to deal with in the past. So go ahead and pick up your cell and dial one of our many numbers. You may catch someone during non business hours. If someone is here working in what you might consider non-traditional business hours, and you call, we just might answer. Don't be surprised if we do, and don't get aggravated if you we do not. We're still human and we need to sleep sometime!

Hours of Operations Disclaimer: Very rarely will you find someone here late on a Saturday night, New Year's Eve, Super Bowl Sunday, etc...but hey, you never know.
