Make a Statement for Your Next Marketing Campaign or Mailing with Rubber Stamps from AddressStamp.com

Make a Statement for Your Next Marketing Campaign or Mailing with Rubber Stamps!

Does your business use the mail to reach out to customers or business contacts? Do you ship orders directly to your customers? Do you want to save time? We have the perfect product for you. With personalized address stamps, you can add your personal touch to every piece of mail they send.
Who Should Use Address Stamps?
Any business that uses the post office can use address stamps to save themselves time. For companies that send packages by mail, address stamps are a time-saving option. They can also be used to address letters and paperwork for the mail.
Address stamps are also great for personal use for a variety of different reasons. Anyone would appreciate a stamp featuring their family name in a catchy design. People moving into a new home will want to update their stamps with their new address. Businesses add new departments or offices. The uses are limitless.
Why Use Address Stamps?
One of the biggest reasons to use address stamps is that they save time. Instead of having to write out their address every time they send out a piece of mail, you can just use a stamp. It’s a quick and effective way to put your return address on everything from packages to envelopes to mailers.
Another reason to use address stamps is because they add a more handmade touch to mailings. Unlike address labels, which can come across as mass produced, stamps allow for slight variations. This makes stamps great for businesses that want to emphasize the personal connection they have with their customers.

What Kind of Address Stamp Should You Use?
For businesses that will use a stamp many times in quick succession, self-inking stamps are a perfect option. New ink is applied with every use, you will get a clear image every time, and the internal ink pad is good for thousands of impressions before it needs to be replaced.
If you're concerned with making your business eco-friendly, our Green Line self-inking stamps are the perfect option. These stamps are made with at least 75% recycled content, making them an ideal option for those who want to make their stamps a bit more green. They are also self-inking, so they bring you the same benefits of a regular self-inking stamp in addition to this.
For those who prefer to have only one piece to work with, pre-inked stamps have the ink built into the stamp itself and can be used thousands of times before needing re-inking.  They also offer great image clarity, allowing you to use more detailed designs and logos in your stamp.

Traditional handle mount stamps are a great choice for someone who wants something tried and true. With no moving parts and the ability to change your ink color with every use, traditional stamps are versatile and classic. For those who are looking for a very large area to stamp, you have your choice of flat bottom or rocker mount styles.

How Can You Make Address Stamps Even More Personal?
You can add some fun to these practical items by adding a little extra design flair. For stamps that will be used in a business setting, company logos can be used alongside the address to make the stamp an extension of their existing marketing materials. Adding a logo to address stamps adds a touch of your company's branding to every piece of mail.
You can also add a simple monogram letter or picture to stamps that will be used for personal use. Add your favorite graphic to your stamp just like you would an address label. Do you want to add an elegant touch? Adding an elegant monogram of the first letter of your last name to the stamp always looks good.

Shiny ECO Line of Stamps

brought to you by

Shiny takes action with a revolutionary way to recycle

PET PRINTER LINE

Water bottles are made from PET plastic and Shiny has found an alternative to putting them in a landfill.
Imagine the quality of a Shiny Printer with a great ECO solution, that is what Shiny PET Printers are
all about. Did you know major US retailers are banning the use of PET plastic used for clam shell
packaging? The reason for such is that PET plastic does not biodegrade well. We are thrilled to be
helping the environment when selling our stamps. Also, the PET-843 and 844 come with a removable
die plate. This enables the consumer to have multiple impressions with one stamp, or allows them to
keep their original stamp when their message changes……..another Shiny exclusive.

This material is coming from 100% recycled PET plastic, such as beverage / water bottles. It reduces the consumption of fossil fuel and lowers the CO2 emission, it also finds reuse of the wasted PET bottles. The PET recycled material works fine with bright/vivid colors.

PLA (Poly Lactic Acid) is made from extracted starch of surplus crops and genetic modified plants, and becomes a new type of material through some complex chemical processes. PLA is completely natural and it won’t make any air pollution when it burned. Compared with plastic products, PLA reduces the consumption of fossil fuel during production process. PLA can be composted under specifically built bury facility and decomposed into H2O and CO2. The PLA material works fine with bright/vivid colors.

These are ABS materials recycled from wasted post consumer goods, ie. TV / monitor cases. Using 75% of “ABS made of post-consumer recycled plastic” (For example, waste goods, waste computers and etc.) and mix with 25% “New Material”, the mixture would reduce the consumption of fossil fuel and lower CO2 emission, it also finds reuse of the wasted ABS appliances.

Do I Need a Replacement Ink Pad or a Replacement Plate for My Self Inking Stamp?

Do I need a replacement ink pad or a replacement plate for my self inking stamp? Can I re-ink the ink pad I have?

Helpful tips and information about your self inking stamps provided to you

 by

What is the difference between a replacement ink pad and a replacement plate for my self inking stamp?

The ink pad is the pad housed in a removable plastic cartridge in the stamp that is inked and delivers the ink to the die plate as you press down to complete the stamping process. The plate is a piece of special rubber attached to the bottom of your stampers that is molded with your custom imprint.

You would need a replacement ink pad if your pad is no longer viable or you wish to change ink colors. When you replace the pad, you take out the entire plastic cartridge and replace it with a new one. The cartridge includes the ink pad. You do not take the pad out of the plastic cartridge as it is all one piece as shown below.

You would need a new replacement plate if the text and/or graphics are worn out and do not stamp well anymore, or if the custom imprint information is no longer valid such as you need to change the address or other text on the stamp.

What is a replacement ink pad?

Ink pads for self inking stamps come in many shapes and sizes depending on the make and model of your stamper. Here are a few examples of what they look like:

When the ink pad in your self inking stamp becomes worn out, has run out of ink, and/or the pad surface is dried and hard, it is now time to replace the pad. You can easily purchase and replace the ink pad in your self inking stamp. Here are some examples of how to replace your ink pad:

Detailed written instructions on how to replace the ink pad for any self inking stamp can be found here.

Can I reink the pad I have instead of replacing the ink pad?

If the pad is hard to the touch, crusty, has deep impression marks in the pad, or has dried out, it is best to replace the ink pad with a new one. However, if the ink pad is still soft and viable but has run out of enough ink to produce a good impression, you probably just need to re-ink the existing pad.

Detailed written instructions on how to add ink to your existing ink pad for any self inking stamp can be found here.

What is a replacement plate?

The die plate (or custom plate) is the rubber plate that has your custom text and/or graphics on it that makes the stamped impression once it is inked from the pad and stamped onto the printing surface. It can also be easily replaced if it is worn out or you simply want to change the custom text.

Detailed written instructions on how to replace your die plate with a new one for any self inking stamp can be found here.
